The ultimate yoga class if you are looking to deeply unwind and increase your sense of peace and well being.
This is a very accessible class even with certain limitations. Enjoy deep supported postures with long holds to relax your whole body and mind. This class will be particularly helpful if you have been feeling overly stressed or anxious. Explore gentle movements, mindfulness and breath work to ignite your rest and relaxation response. Our Gentle & Restorative Class is a soul soothing hour that will leave you feeling blissed out!

Our Gentle yoga class is a great place to start, begin again or simply for those who prefer a slower soul soothing pace.
Modifications and props will always be offered within the poses for enhanced comfort and inclusivity. In this welcoming class you will learn foundational postures that relieve tension from the neck, shoulders, back, hips, hamstrings and beyond. You will be introduced to gentle standing, seated and reclined postures with restorative options throughout. Our Gentle Yoga leaves time for breath work, mindfulness and meditation to nourish your body and calm the mind.
WEDNESDAYS 9:30 AM ( FULL)
The perfect practise that is not too intense but also not too slow! Open to all all levels our Hatha yoga class is often referred to as “the middle of the road” yoga. Our Hatha yoga class incorporates standing poses that strengthen as well as seated postures that stretch the body. In Hatha yoga we spend more time in each posture allowing for a deeper stretches, increased flexibility and static strengthening. This class eliminates the "vinyasa flow" between postures which works better for some bodies, in particular if you have any shoulder or back issues. Classes will be themed from week to week to explore a wide array of postures, meditations and movements to benefit your mind and body.

Want to "work out"and relax?
Kula's Flow and Restore offers the best of both worlds! With a mindful start including breath work and time to unwind. You will cycle through some sun salutations to warm the whole body followed byt a standing practise that incorporates some strengthening and toning. Class starts to wind down for some deep supported restorative postures encouraging relaxation and nervous system support. We will flow for approximatley 40 miuntes and then enjoy some deep supported restorative yoga for 20 minutes. A well rounded practise that will leave you feeling strong and balanced.

Kula Flow Yoga is the ultimate full body practice that strengthens, tones and invites a sense of empowerment and bliss. Based on the principles of Baptiste Power Yoga this class includes sun salutations to warm the body, standing postures, balancing, hip opening, forward folds, core work and still leaves time for some deep relaxation. Kula’s Flow yoga is taught in a way offers opportunity to challenge the practise or modify to accommodate. With time for mindful breathing, relaxation and clearing the mind, this class leaves most with a great "yoga buzz". Flow is open to all levels looking for an invigorating yet accessible yoga class.
FRIDAYS 9:30 AM (FULL)
Kula Yoga Hips and Hamstrings class is all about the lower body love!
Great for those who wish to open up the low back too as these interconnected muscle groups tend to hold more tension. We have dedicated this class to help you find that focussed lowerbody relief!
In this class you can expect a variety of stretches and strengthening poses for the hip flexors, glutes, hamstrings and surrounding muscles. Class may include a slow flow to warm up the body before moving through various standing postures, balance, folds and hip/hamstring specifc stretches. As with all Kula classes you can expect breath work to soothe the nervous system, mindful movements and a lovely savasana to round off the practise and your week!
Whie all the current classes are full or near full drop ins are still welcome! As each week there is typcially at least 1 student away this leaves room for drop ins should you please. Send a message if you would like to try any of the classes above and we will be sure to get you in!
