Flow Yoga is the ultimate full body practice that strengthens, tones and invites a sense of empowerment and bliss. This class will include sun salutations to warm the body, standing postures, balancing, hip opening, forward folds, core work and still leaves time for some deep relaxation. Kula’s Flow yoga is taught in a way offers opportunity to challenge the practise or modify to accommodate. With time for mindful breathing, relaxation and clearing the mind, this class will leave you with a great "yoga buzz".

Fully supported postures for deep rest and relaxation. Good for times of deep stress or limited moility.
The gentlest class on the Kula menu is an hour of pure restorative bliss. With lots of time for breath work, meditation and melting into supported postures. The perfect class to support a balanced nervous system and ease stress or anxiety.
Open up your neck, shoulders, back, hips with the help of props and music to soothe the soul. Poses are held longer to access the stretch slowly and gently. Feel light and zen to end.

Want to "work out"and relax? Kula's Flow and Restore yoga class offers the best of both worlds!
Some core work and a warming flow to get started then enjoy moving your body by exploring a variety of basic standing postures. Practise winds down with a cooling restorative practice to nurture your soul.
Enjoy the balancing effect of moving though both yin and yang energies in the same class. We will flow for approximately 40 minutes and then enjoy some deep supported restorative yoga for 20 minutes. A well rounded practise that will leave you feeling strong and balanced.

BEGINNERS this is a great place to start! Our Gentle yoga class is a great place to start, begin again or simply for those who prefer a slower paced, soul soothing practise.
Modifications and props will always be offered within the poses for enhanced comfort and inclusivity. In this welcoming class you will learn foundational postures that relieve tension from the neck, shoulders, back, hips, hamstrings and more. You will be introduced to gentle standing, seated and reclined postures with restorative options throughout. Our Gentle Yoga leaves time for breath work, mindfulness and meditation to nourish your body and calm the mind.

A Kula favorite! Kula Yoga Hips and Hamstrings class is all about the lower body love.
In this class you can expect a variety of stretches and strengthening poses specifically for the hip flexors, glutes, hamstrings and surrounding muscles. Class may include a slow flow to warm up of the body before moving through various standing postures, balance, folds and hip/hamstring specifc stretches. Great for those who wish to open up the low back too as these interconnected muscle groups tend to work in unison. As with all Kula classes you can expect breath work to soothe the nervous system, mindful movements and a lovely savasana to kick start your weekend!
If you would like to attend a class that is FULL, waitlist and drop ins are still welcome as space permits. As each week there is typcially at least 1 student away this leaves room for drop ins should you please.
