Kula is excited to announce our September Women's Wellness Circle -FALL into STILLNESS.
September’s WWC is being led by Jenni Chinski in collaboration with Taunya Porter, The Soulful Sage RYT 200, Yin Yoga Guide.
This cozy fall gathering will begin with our community circle and meaningful discussion with regards to where you would like to shift and let go as the seasons change.
Your Yin yoga practise will be led by Taunya with hands on assisting and essential oil application throughout by Jenni.
Yin Yoga is a passive style of yoga that focuses on the deeper tissues and facia within the body. Postures are held for 3-5 mins allowing for gentle release, focussed breath work, mindset and meditation.
YIN Yoga also allows the focus of Chi (Qi) or energy and how it flows through our body while connecting us to the different meridians.
Following your Yin yoga practise, Jenni will take you on a Guided Yoga Nidra Journey. A fall themed nidra with opportunities for deep release and powerful new intention setting.
