Kula's Monthly Women's Wellness Circles are designed to create a welcoming community feel and opportunities for connection and enhanced well being. Kula Yoga collaborates in these offerings with other like minded women in the community who offer various healing modalities. Together these two hour workshops allow the time to enjoy a shared afternoon of deep self care.
Septmber's Women's Wellness Circle includes a Kula collaboration with Tamara Royal of Omies Yoga. Tamara is a local Yoga Teacher Certified in Fascial Rolling.
Myofascial rolling can feel like a deep tissue massge helping to relieve held layers of tension and improve mobility and ease to follow. Topped off with guided meditation and a Whole body Relaxation excersize to finish off the evening you will feel good as new!
